Q: Why does the "buy now" button go to another website? Is it safe?
A: Your purchase is processed by Paypal, an internationally recognized standard for online payment. It is secure and encrypted. Your account information is not seen by anyone and is completely safe.
Q: Do I have to sign up for Paypal to buy tickets?
A: No, you can just use any major credit card, just like any other online transaction. At the purchase screen, look at the bottom left of the page where it says "Don't have a Paypal account? Use your credit card or bank account." Of course, if you have a Paypal account, you can use it.
Q: Why is there a "shipping and handling" fee? Am I going to receive paper tickets?
A: This is a very small (only 1% in most cases) surcharge for processing the ticket. Rest assured you are still saving money by purchasing advanced tickets. You will not receive paper tickets. Simply claim your tickets at the concert hall.
Q: I purchased my tickets online. How do I claim them?
A: The name on your order has been noted, so just give your name at the concert hall ticket counter and you will receive your tickets. Just to be safe, it is a good idea to bring a printout of your ticket purchase with you. Students must show student ID, otherwise you may be asked to pay the additional cost for a general admission ticket at the counter. Any student ID will do.
Q: I purchased a VIP ticket. How do I get my complimentary CD? Any other perks?
A: You will claim the CD along with your tickets. You may have to wait to get it signed with everyone else, though. The front rows will be reserved for VIP Ticket holders and special guests so you will have a better view of the concert. VIP Ticket holders are, of course, free to sit anywhere.
